Artists who want to register on our website need to send their CV and portfolio to info@picassogalleryeg.com The portfolio has to include a minimum of five artwork images (with titles, dimensions, and mediums), an artist biography, and an artist statement. Artists will receive a response within 5 working days.

Prices of artwork are evaluated depending on a number of factors; the artist’s previous experience, their exhibition history, and of course the quality of the piece. You will have the chance to sit with our team and discuss the appropriate price.

Picasso offers many payment options for purchases. You can pay online via credit card, or you can ask for a Cash on Delivery (CoD) service.

We provide our customers with an exclusive “Try it Before you Buy it” service. Before you make a purchase, contact Picasso team, agree on the details, set an appointment, and have the artwork delivered to your doorstep.

Here at Picasso, we aim to provide you with a smooth transaction process. That’s why we offer multiple flexible shipment options. If you want to collect the painting yourself from our gallery, just set an appointment by contacting our team. For door to door delivery, this can be arranged through our team and a shipping company, after you agree on the delivery timing and details. Shipment is free within greater Cairo. Otherwise, fees will be determined based on the destination, weight, size, and dimensions of the artwork. Also, Picasso gallery delivers purchased artwork outside of Egypt. Delivery time is estimated at 2 weeks (average). Customers will be sent a tracking number as soon as the artwork is shipped. *Shipment information will be determined upon payment checkout.

In case of unexpected delays, customers are to contact the gallery via email or phone. We will take immediate action to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.

Yes, customers have the right to a refund within 5 days from the date of receiving the artwork as long as it remains in the same condition as received. Bringing in the artwork within that timeframe is the buyer’s responsibility.
