In this show, the artist continues his research of inherited and popular themes inspired by the Egyptian environment and history, and stresses two components that recur as a common feature in all his works, namely the fish and the candle. These are two feminine symbols, and they have dimensions and meanings that transcend their physical nature. The fish represents women, goodness, and fertility, while the candle represents love and romance, as well as light and enlightenment, and possibly the search for truth.
