Ismail Samy

Egyptian artist Ismail Sami (1935-1990) obtained his BA from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Cairo in 1961. During his career, he exhibited his work in solo and group shows around Egypt, including an exhibition inaugurated by Mrs. Gihan El Sadat in 1986 and the Egyptian Opera House in 2004. His work is included in numerous private collections and is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art, Cairo.
