Born in 1965 in Giza, Taha Korany graduated from the Faculty of Applied Arts, specializing in Décor, and holds a Master’s Degree in Décor. Taha taught at the Faculty of Specific Education between 1995 and 1997 and served as an art consultant for prominent Egyptian TV shows and newspapers, including Al-Ahram, Al-Akhbar, and Al-Gomhoriya.
Known for his exceptional murals, Taha’s works are showcased in institutions like Sinai University and have been taught at universities across the Middle East, including in Egypt, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
With over 30 solo exhibitions worldwide (1990-2019), Taha has exhibited in cities such as Cairo, Alexandria, Tanta, Port Said, and internationally in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He has also participated in over 50 art fairs and hosted art workshops at Al-Azhar University, 6th October University, and Zamalek Art Education.
Taha’s works are part of prestigious collections, including the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, Ministry of Culture (France), Ministry of Education (Kuwait), Museum of Arts (Athens), and the National Museum of Saudi Arabia.
